AIMD-dimer method Finding transition states in ab initio molecular dynamics simulations with the fictitious Lagrangian formulation of the dimer method.
Cl in H2O Cl-ions in solid water: density of states and decay of the Cl(3p) states in water.
Etching Si Some stuff about isotropic and anisotropic wet chemical etching of Silicon wafers for antireflexion effects. Nice REM-pictures and details about how to simulate etching processes using Monte-Carlo techniques.
